Savanna's have many threats, the savanna is the oldest ecosystem used by mankind which means the more people use them there will be a bigger deforestation and a bigger usage of vegetation and less nutrients in the soil. This also means there are going to be less animals on there possibly meaning that tribes in there will have to either move or they will die out. Another problem is that the grass and trees can be so dried that they can set on fire.
